Funding needed

I teach in a small Catholic school in Lanham, MD. Our building was opened in 1961 and I believe we still have the original windows, doors, and boiler. Our utility bills are astronomical. We would love to "GO GREEN" and replace these items with ones that are more energy efficient. We are looking for grants to do this. We are a 503(c).  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
