My Grant Wrangler

I would like to know if there are templates/examples of how people have assessed pre-k to 1st grade students in regards to the success of grant objectives of improving learning, behavior, social ability, etc. I would like to see what other people have done so I can adapt it to my program.
Thank you,
Rita

The easiest way at this age level is to give a pre- and post test if you want to measure academics.
Behavior measurements can be looking at before and after numbers regarding referrals to the office, time-outs, improvements recorded in various social or study skills on the grade cards, etc.

A simple table in Word or Excel can summarize before and after results.
