Need a Grant Writer Yesterday

I have created a new business (for Profit) but at this time the business isn't showing any profit. I have found a grant that matches my business to the tee and can award me the necessary funds needed to get it up and running. However, I have never written one in the past and need someones help to either write it or guide me through the entire process. The proposal has to be submitted by no later than June 15, 2009 along with a registration 10 days prior to this date.
After reading through it I realize that I can not do this proposal myself. It is too overwhelming of a task. It also states that if it is not done correctly it will be tossed and not considered for the grant at all.
I don't have the money to hire a grant writing company to help me with this. But, am willing to offer a franchise of my business at no cost to the experience grant writer or writers that can write this grant for me. My franchises will be sold throughout the country and will be very profitable for everyone who owns one. I need this grant to help with this cost and much more.
