After School Library Hours Grants?

Anyone have any ideas? I've been looking for a grant that would help us fund supervision for afterschool library hours at our high school. In the past few years, we have been able to fund it. But this year we are in a budget crunch and that was one of the first things to go. :(

We've got a population of students who would use it everyday, just for the computer access, if it was available.

There are two grants that fit this idea. One is the Literacy Through School Libraries through the US Department of Education and the other is the 21st after school grant program funded through your state Department of Education.
