CAMPUSEAI CONSORTIUM ANNOUNCES MYCAMPUS K-12 6.4.1 RELEASE

CampusEAI Consortium today announced the availablity of myCampus 6.4.1, the latest evolution of the widely implemented myCampus K-12 Cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) campus portal that provides current students and parents, teachers and staff, administration and alumni with one stop access to their academic and social lives.

The new 6.4.1 version of myCampus includes the following features:

• New Design Template
• Dashboard Portlet for Blackboard displaying users’ courses and announcements
• CAS Multiple Directory Support for both authentication and authorization
• New Password Reset and Password Expiry features
• LightBox™ - supported pop up configuration options for Alerts and Announcements
• Improved QuickLaunch with better support for external application integration
• Improved Document Library permissions and inheritance
• Security and performance upgrades
• Defect and bug fixes from previous myCampus Releases
• Improved Federated Instant Messaging Documentation

With the myCampus 6.4.1 release, our members will enjoy security, performance and feature enhancements. Additionally, with the myCampus 6.4.1. release, we have been able to successfully demonstrate that by proactively involving our members in the decision making process, we can produce exciting new features and prevent each campus from reinventing the wheel. We look forward to providing additional opportunities for our members to participate in the myCampus K-12 development process as we plan and implement our next major myCampus K-12 release.”
